Hey Scotty, I’m planning on buying an 03 celica gts automatic what are the things I should be looking for to make sure it’s running smoothly so I don’t run into problems in the future?

Have it inspected by a mechanic

I would not get the Celica GTS since it came with the problematic 2ZZ-GE engine. See below:
