@chucktobias the real kicker is that the fakes were more expensive than legit ones. So you get screwed twice.

No, they use roller cams. Not sure exactly when the transition took place. Newest vehicle I have is my '99 Jeep Cherokee and that has a pushrod engine with flat tappets.
