1986 Toyota Supra Brake pedal goes to the floor

I’ve bought my project car, a 1986.5 Toyota MK3 Supra, and been going down the line of fixes that needs done and for it to be road worthy I’m on my down to my last fault. When I hit the brakes while driving when I put any pressure whatsoever on the brake pedal the pedal fallows through all the way to the floor and refuses to release until I force it back up with my foot. Normally with any master cylinder problem or leak in lines they would just feel squishy, soft, or have no resistance at all. This situation is brand new to me and I’m a little lost here would you care to share your thoughts and/or a possible solution?

We'll try this test don't start the car push on the brakes if the rock hard and then when you start the card sinks you need a new brake booster. It's not that then either the master cylinder shot are you having a tremendous amount of air in the system and you have to bleed the whole system out
