What are some tests I should make when checking out a used car.
I have an autel md806 pro unit. I have some auto knowledge and can do regular repairs, but have not used a scan tool before.

5. O2 Sensors
There is a host of things but there are some to get you started.

You’re best having the car inspected by a professional mechanic, before purchase -

Awesome about bringing the scanner. Suggest to practice inspecting cars you are not interested in to get the hang of the functions and what is being displayed. Would like to add check if the codes have been cleared recently, if so, it may have been done on purpose to hide something. Keep us in the loop on how it is going.
