Looking at 01 Toyota Solara,99,000 mi, manual,coupe...we had dealership https://photos.app.goo.gl/dhego7iXXcGonFCZ7 take photo of the undercarriage. Found welding... transmission cross member--one side looks acceptable, the other side, looks splotchy...is there any concern?

23-year-old car with sketchy chassis welding - yes, I'd say that's a concern. Not to mention the kind of bottom-feeding dealers that typically sell cars that old. Run away.
