I have a 01 nissan xterra 3.3 v6. When the engine is cold it will not shift into drive. I have to manually shift from 1st to drive. When the car warms up it shifts fine. It has been this way for a few years now. I did notice a leak around the transmission housing. It is a used car with around 250000 miles on it. Do I need to replace the transmission or is there something else I should try? Huge fan. Thanks
