After about 20 mins of driving all four brakes lock up along with pedel getting rock hard

all of a sudden? gradually over time? Was any work done on it recently?

Please add more details. How, when?, condition of vehicles etc. Anything relevant.

If this happened sudden like, check the brake fluid for contamination with oil or some other petroleum based product.

Only time I had that happed to me was when I installed a master cyl and i did not adjust the pump rod free play. locked up the hydraulics....probably does not pertain in your case though...
