hey I watch alot of your shows on YouTube and I have always been a diy YouTube mechanic I have this 2004 1500 and the motor won't turn I was driving I about 45 minute and the motor just shut off and I heard something of a rattle sound I have tried removing belts and spinning crank shaft no luck I check dip stick and oil level good I pulled out drain plug and it was clogged with thick oil that a moment later decided to glug out and then looked just Slightly thicker than normal but it had a bad stinch. now the vehicle has been parked for about 3 months so I don't know what is wrong with it planning on pulling oil pan next thanks for your time
Well you can't turn the engine over the engine's locked up so many things can go wrong I never advise fixing them just throw it away you like the vehicle try to find a good used motor in a junkyard
That was what I was afraid of I personally think that the timing chain broke and it threw a rod but I can't be sure thanks for your time
