04 Mazda 6i, I have a lean code in bank 1. I changed the Mass Airflow, sealed air leaks, changed oxygen sensor, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, and finally replaced the PCV valve and hose (which was cracked and leaking. I still have the codes and cannot smog it. I was wondering if you knew of anything else that may be the issue.

Did those sensors test as being actually bad? Did you install OEM replacements?
I still have the codes and cannot smog it.
That thing is over 2 decades old (though you did not mention mileage), so pretty much everything has to be treated as possibly suspect. Have you performed a smoke test on your intake, egr, and vacuum systems? Since you have a code there should be freeze-frame data, anything suspicious in there?
