According to the NADA price guide (which tends to be inflated in the first place), average retail for that car would be about $71,500, and even high retail is under $90K, so it is overpriced. Most of us here have not had any personal contact with these cars so cannot give specific advice, only general. Over the years I have known mechanics who work on them.

So other than the selling price it depends on your situation. You're talking about an 18-year-old uber-luxury car. Tons to go wrong even IF it's still basically solid. If a Rolls specialist pronounces it OK and you're in a position to spend 5 figures per year in repairs and maintenance (NOT an exaggeration) it might work out for you. For most people it's simply not a viable proposition to own a car like that.
