Good morning, here is my issue vehicle. 2004 silverado, 4.8, auto, 4x4, 1/2 ton basic, nothing fancy 200K miles. Cranks but will not start. I replaced the dash as most of it was inop. Never had and still does not have security light, however I have no ignition at plugs and no noid light on injectors. I have cam and crank signals at the computer. I have also replaced the computer and crank sensor, no help. I have fuel pressure, as well as good grounds at the engine, also 12v at the ignition and injectors, obviously nothing commanding them. The reason for swapping the computer. also replaced the ignition switch. I have a snap on modis, nothing in way of codes. I am thinking maybe the passlock could still be an issue without showing up on the dash. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Can you help point me in the right direction?
Thank you

does the security light come on during the lamp test when you turn the key?
did you try a spare key?

The vehicle theft deterrent system should only disable the fuel injectors. Not the spark ignition.
Have your battery load tested to make sure it's healthy, and check all your fuses and relays.

Did you program it?
When the IPC is replaced, it must be programmed.
