Issue. First crank it will not fire. Second try it fires right up. Thinking regulator. Already replaced fuel pump. Where is the fuel regulator at? Videos say its on the drivers side fuel rail. But it is not. Do not see it anywhere. Thanks.
It's part of the fuel pump.

Ok just replaced the pump. And replacing it again cause new one is constantly reading full.

Just looked at the new pump. Yeah its part of the pump thank you. Now I know it's not the reg.

Test the ECU temperature sensor...on cylinder head on the driver side of the engine. Common GM failure.
