Scotty,
I have a 2007 Toyota Camry with 130000 miles on it. I replaced the battery and now the gas pedal is unresponsive in any drive gear. It has 500 rpm of response in park. I have checked the throttle control module fuse as well as every other fuse related to the throttle control module on the vehicle. Still nothing. The car ran like a top prior to this. I know how much you like Toyota and figured you may know exactly what the problem is. Thanks.

Maybe the throttle body has died. BTW, at no point did you reverse connect the positive and negative cables?
Any scan data? DTCs? Enhanced diagnostics?
