Hi Scotty, What you think about a 08 elantra Korean model it has 97k miles and it has abs and brake lights on not sure what it could be. Cars seems to run ok i changed the fluids after buying the car.

A 16-year-old Hyundai is going to be a real crap shoot and it already has problems with the brake system. Could be as simple as a bad wheel sensor or as expensive as needing a new ABS module. Really you should have gotten a good mechanic to examine the vehicle for overall condition and determine the cause of the brake system problem before you bought it.
At least 2008 was before Hyundai quality took a serious tumble so if it was well-maintained it may be OK for a while. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for it.
