2008 Tundra looses all power when hitting bumps

I noticed it about a month ago that when I started my truck (08 tundra)  it started but it lost power/ pressure and when I put it in gear it wouldn't shift. I've had that happen two or three xs now.

Now I've noticed that when I hit bumps the truck looses power then will regain power then loose and regain rabidly. Then fully regain power and run perfectly.  I checked the battery cable's and took off the positive and the truck didn't skip a beat just kept running. I'm lost on this one and need help to diagnose.

You should not remove cables from the battery when the engine is running on a computerized vehicle.

Since hitting bumps is affecting the problem that strongly suggests a loose connection. I'd start by checking all grounds (don't forget the ground between engine and chassis) and connections on the alternator. Don't just look at them - disconnect, examine for corrosion, and clean them up before reassembly.
