Scotty, you have said numerous times that the wear put on your engine while driving on the highway is 1/10th the wear you get compared to city driving. Where did you get this information? How was this determined?

Listen MMJ, I love the fact that Scotty has so much experience, what I find crappy is the way you put your answer. It's just like when , as a little kid you asked your parents something they didn't want to explain to you, so they answered, "Because I said so", or something else of the like. Using a pat answer doesn't cut it. Inquiring minds need to know. Just where did that 1/10th figure come from? How accurate is this number? Could it be 1/4, could it be 1/2? Could it even be 1/20th? There has to be more proof than the basis of one man's experience.
