- Hey Scotty my girlfriend has a 2010 vw Tiguan 124k miles. It’s got a big oil leak but besides that it started to run terrible the engine shakes bad all cylinders are misfiring. Obd2 scanner said system is too lean on bank one and the idle air code p0506 you step on the gas and it berly accelerates runs like crap and it’ll stall. I’m at a loss for what it could be. It’s has brand new spark plugs with the right gap.

Sounds like you need a new car.
Unfortunately, it is a VW with six figure mileage and double digit age. It isn't surprising for it to have those kinds of issues.
I would look into replacing it with something more reliable. No need to throw away more money on it.
