Hello Scotty, I have a 2012 jeep Patriot with 93,054 miles that keeps going into limp mode with the codes of P2135 and P0221 which keeps stateting the throttle postion sensor as the prombelm. The only issue with that is that i just put in the new throttle body 3 weeks ago and had no issues until now any idea what else could cuase the prombelm i would surely appreciate your help.
A pedal position sensor can also cause problems with engine deactivation due to problems communicating with the throttle position sensor. It's a theory based on the limited information you've provided but I would look there
I had the same issue in a 2011 patriot.
found relay box behind the drivers headlight that had corrosion. Also common for the wires on the driver side kick panel to get broken or corroded.
