I have a 5pd 2.0l gdti hatchback. When I fill up either e85 or 91 I have hard starts and stalls at idle. I have replaced near everything besides the fuel pump which I don’t have reason to suspect it is falling within spec of a high pressure fuel pump. I have changed o2 sensors (both), air filter (Fram), royal purple oil change with filter 5w20, spark plugs (ac Delco) and cleaned map

Did you check the gap on those spark plugs before putting them in? Maybe check the fuel pressure sensor
