Hi sir. I was wondering if brake fluid circulates throughout the car when the engine is running? The reason I am asking is if you just replace the fluid in the reservoir will the new fluid eventually make its way through the whole system instead of having to bleed the lines? One other question I have about this car is if it’s OK to use brake cleaner to spray on the mass airflow sensor and throttle body in order to clean it?
They sell specific cleaner for mass air flows because they are very sensitive. You could use brake clean on older throttle bodies without all the sensors but I would recommend throttle body and intake cleaner as it is specifically designed to not harm sensitive components.
The brake fluid does not circulate well so it is best to bleed every line in order and make sure you have fresh fluid if it is bad.

Thank you. That’s good to know. I was hoping to avoid specialty sprays that won’t be needed again for awhile. I suppose it might be worth taking to a valvoline instant oil change place for the service
