high idle

Hey Scotty my 273 mopar has been swapped to fuel injection. The idle is sitting around 1200rpm and I’m trying to lower it. The guy on the phone that makes the ecu and throttle body told me to use a paper clip or wire to jump the obd1 plug and get a reading on the dash after unplugging the aic valve but I’m confused on where to adjust the throttle plates to get the idle down. Thanks

The "guy on the phone" doesn't know what he is talking about. There is no OBD1 on a 1966 vehicle. (Unless of course the aftermarket injection system provides it.)
