Hi,
My nephew recently bought a 1978 mercury bobcat and he want to get an aftermarket stereo and have me install it.
According to Crutchfield he will need the " Scosche FGAB Car Stereo Floating Ground adapter". Is that correct ?
I couldn't find much on dash kits for it. Does anyone know if any of these listed here will work ?

Also is there a wiring harness adaptor for it?

Well I'm not a stereo guy but those old cars are so simple to work on. I mean the radio just needs a ground. That's all and if it has any kind of noise you can put an inline noise filter on the power wire. I used to buy those at radio shack, but of course they don't exist anymore
