Hey Scotty I recently changed my battery on my 300zx with a Duralast Gold Battery 24-DLG Group Size 24 700 CCA. When I did the change, all the functions in my car turned on like windshield wipers, high beam lights and the AC and I can't turn them off. Any reason why this happened?

Check the wires close to see if you shorted any wires out occasionally if you're very unlucky just changing the battery though can mess up computer modules I would say disconnect the battery for 5 minutes then reconnect it and pray it doesn't do it
@scottykilmer I checked the cables and on was fairly hot even when the key wasn’t in. So I disconnected the battery. What should I do?
