Hello I have a fuel injected 1987 honda accord LXI. The car when I start it up idles at 2000 RPM then will idle down. When it starts to idle down after about 5 minutes or so it will then begin to surge from 1500 to around 2000 RPM. I turned the idle down via the fast idle valve and checked for vacuum leaks on all the hoses and no hoses are leaking. If there are any suggestion on where to look next that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Addition to my post above. After about 5 minutes of the engine surging it will stop and finally idle at 1500 RPM

And those you have to take the entire throttle apart clean every stinking little hole of it they often get some carbon and tiny little holes and do exactly that
