Hey, so I have a 1989 Cadillac DeVille base which has problems starting on hills. It only happens on my driveway which is on a hill and refuses to stay. I came to the conclusion it wasn't the fuel pump due to if I started it and have the gas on it would start but once it would rev down it would stall. Possibly the ISC controller? something else?

I wouldn't rule out the pump. Put a pressure tester on it.
