Hello, I have a 1989 Toyota Celica GTS 2.0. I'm having cooling fan issues. I was wondering if you could point me to the location of the grounds for the cooling fans.

What, exactly are the issues?  You never said.  Beginning at the plug in at the fan(s) trace the wires back to the source fuse.  With two wires, connect the fan(s) directly to the battery to see if the fan(s) are the problem, or it might be the fan control module or a temperature sensor or a fuse or relay.  Check for corrosion and crud on the contact pins on the male and female receptacles.

Doc, The fans are known good to go, Power is hot to them. Cooling switch and relays are new. Fans not coming on at all.

Obviously, your are dead set on replacing the fans so go ahead.  It's your vehicle.
