Sounds like something is sticking a bit. When was the last time you cleaned up the throttle body?

@mod_man
Thanks!!! Dont remember however, this might be stupid but i dont think i have a throttle body. If you see my intake manifold, its a PGM-Fi. It looks like carburetor but its an air box and i dont see any throttle body inside of there.

Hello,

Sounds like the throttle is sticking, Try spraying some releasing oil on the throttle body,

Also check the cable for wear and fraying.

I include a video for your information.

Hope this Helps

Hey thanks for the video. My car has a PGM-FI system. Theres what looks like a metal box where the manifold is. When i look inside, theres no throttle body. Should i remove the metal box?
