1993 Camry coolant issues

Topic starter

1993 Toyota Camry LE V6 189k miles. Coolant leaking occasionally (not every drive). Radiator recently replaced and was working fine for months. Reservoir is bubbling after a few drives and sounds like it’s hissing. Temp gauge doesn’t show any overheating and haven’t seen any steam coming out but do smell burning coolant sometimes. Wondering if there’s any known issues with this model.

It's probably starting to blow a head gasket. Do my video. How to tell if your head gasket is blown. Scotty

Make sure you properly burp all the air out of the cooling system.  The get a compression test.
