I have a 1994 cutlass ciera there is no power to dash,radio,doorlocks,wndows and courtesy ligths.
checked all the fuses and fuseable links and all are ok. Is there a main fuse hiding some where?

Often that's a bad ignition switch your main power check the main power wiring thought if it's a fuse

While positive + connections are usually good, grounding - connections often corrode and fail.
