Good morning from Houston, Scotty,
Love your channel!!!
My wife's 1995 Jeep I6 engine with only 170,000 miles, is running hot in Houston freeway traffic and the AC can't keep up in the cabin. New radiator fan and fan clutch. AC is working blowing cold air, but last year it started blowing duct insulation. It is now loosing radiator fluid and AC is charged properly without leaks. If I can't fix this issue it is time to buy a new car for her. Do you have any knowledge of Jeeps having this problem, or is there anyway I could fix it?
Thank you for your time.

Have you tried a new radiator cap, thermostat? Where is it leaking coolant from?
At least on the regular (XJ) Cherokees there is both a mechanical and an electric radiator fan, and both need to be operational. Is your electric fan, if so equipped, turning on? If that vehicle has a condenser fan that also needs to be working.
If the engine is running hot don't overlook the possibility of a clogged radiator, especially if it is old.
