I got a 1995 Toyota 4Runner automatic 4WD with 129k miles that is sluggish after it’s been driving for 30 mins. It feels as if after a while there is no power and low revs. It does have an exhaust leak that appears to be coming from the header and exhaust flange joint. No codes or check engine. How can I diagnose this further? Can this be a clogged catalytic converter?

Well start by fixing the exhaust leak because that confuses the oxygen sensors and then the air fuel ratio can get screwed up by the computer. Always fix the obvious things first
