1996 Saab won’t start

Recently bought a 1996 Saab se 900 turbo drove it for 2 days now it won’t crank turns over fine though.I have replaced the cps sensor along with the ignition switch and spark plugs,replaced battery and batteries in the remote key fob.Went through the fuses and relays nothing seems to be blown however I’m not getting any power on the fuel pump fuse,injection system fuse and the starter motor relay fuse while ignition is cranking please help!!The car was a one owner with 73k miles

For general troubleshooting of a no-start condition see the site FAQ.

It sounds like you're going to need to trace out the electrical fault that's preventing voltage to the fuel pump. The Saab Workshop Information System (WIS) that was used by dealers for troubleshooting is available free online:

It would also be helpful if you have access to a Tech2 scan tool or equivalent which is really needed for working on GM-era Saabs.
