I have a 1996 Corolla with the 1.6l 150k miles with power locks. 2 days ago it started locking and unlocking by itself but now its doing it way more often. I was thinking maybe the relay? Any other ideas?

A relay is possible. Another possibility would be the power lock switch or wiring.
