Hey Scotty I have a 1997 Mercury xr7 4.6L I’m having trouble trying to start it it cranks but it won’t start I changed fuel pump,injectors,fuel egr, starter, alternator almost all the sensors that would make it turn on and so on but it won’t start.. I dump a little gas in the throttle body and it turns on then shuts off.. could you help? It does have gas by the way. Thanks
Well it starts to start influence of the ignition system is working but the fuel system is. I understand you're going to have to go through the whole system could be something like a crank sensor is bad or the computer is bad or wiring is bad. Good luck on that

Measure your fuel pressure, and check for clogged cat
