Been having the same P0401 code for maybe 2 months now, cleaning my EGR valve didn't work. I recently replaced the EGR valve but I'm still getting the same code. Any possible solutions?

P0401 LEXUS
- EGR passage clogged
- Faulty EGR Vacuum Modulator Valve
- Faulty EGR Valve
- Faulty EGR solenoid valve
- EGR solenoid valve harness is open or shorted
- EGR solenoid valve circuit poor electrical connection
- Dead (Weak) battery
- Faulty EGR temperature sensor and circuit
- Exhaust gas leaks

Did you use the OEM part?
Yea I spent $230 for the OEM egr valve.
