Scotty, I have a 1998 Toyota Camry with about 258000 miles and a hard P0135 code for the rear O2 heater circuit. Is it worth it to try and find a junkyard replacement sensor, or would I have to replace both upstream sensors?

No.

Why would you need to do that if only the downstream sensor has a problem? Have you checked the wiring to see if the sensor heater is receiving the proper voltage?

If it’s just the one side o2 sensor heater code then it’s highly likely that it’s just that one o2 that needs replacing cheers
