1998 Chevy Tahoe 5.7 using antifreeze not in oil no leaks I can see using 1 gallon a week check tail pipe nothing no smoke

It's either leaking out or burning in the engine. There are no other choices.
Pressure test the cooling system and/or use UV dye to look for leaks, test for a head gasket leak.
