Is there an economical home use scan tool with live stream data which will work with 1998 Volvo European cars? Saw your post on CGSULIT but it adds for 2000 year and later European cars. Troubleshooting misfire, rough idle, probable vacuum leak.

Well if you mean you are in New York I can't tell you that because there's different specs in Europe than they are here in the United States. If you were in the United States do any scan tool can get you a certain amount of data just realized the more data you want the more you're going to pay rent when I hook up my $6,000 can too old to that thing it doesn't offer a lot but being that all do you buy a cheap stand till you're only going to get a minimal amount of data
