I bought a 1999 Honda Civic VP with 116,000 miles from a private party and it suffers from a loss of power/acceleration (It barely is able to climb some hills). I’ve changed the air filter, spark plugs and wires and the fuel filter. What should I do next to find the cause? Thank you.
