Hi I'm James i purchased 1999 Isuzu Trooper 3.5 DOHC it had an oil leak needed coil packs plugs thats done now screechin sound when i turn on the truck it's like a vacuum sound no check engine light nothing i used my ODB11 reader no codes everything seems fine i can hear it when im driving. stuck for words any advise would be appreciated.

The screeching sound is probably from a loose or worn belt, idler or tensioner pulley or the alternator bearing going out.
