For how much? Makes a huge difference.
It's entirely possible the bad alternator and related electrical troubles are causing erroneous codes and setting the light off. With that fixed the light may go away on its own, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Get somebody with a scanner to plug in and see what the VCS light is on for. Go from there. If it's a simple issue like a sensor then go for it, but it could be a bad module, which means it's time to walk.

Thanks good ppl and it's for $750
For $750 I’d take the chance after I had a thorough inspection.
