I have run into an issue with a 1MZ FE engine in an '03 Camry with 211k miles. Bought at auction bearing a "overheated & wont start" tag. Immediately thought head gasket( a very common problem here in Texas) so replaced front gasket. After several visits to the circles of Hell that came from resetting the timing it has arisen to no start, no spark front bank only. Have checked wiring down to ECU. Do not know resistances for the sensors on this engine, but since the rear bank sounds like it is firing that eliminates rear camshaft and crankshaft position sensors.  I am curious if you might have any suggestions of any more potential solutions. The frustration this engine has caused me(from working on several in past) has possibly clouded my thinking so any information you would be willing to share would be greatly appreciated.
