Should I acquire these estate cars

Hi Scotty, I'm currently dealing with an estate,(no will, so it's in probate court), involving my sister and brother-in-law who both passed away last July 2022. They have a 2020 Chevy Impala Lt, 3.6l direct injected v6, with 7,500 miles and a Chevy Sonic Lt, 1.8l auto, with 57,000 miles on it. The Impala already has had 2 oil changes done and the sonic has had regular oil changes and a transmission fluid change at 55,000 miles. I drove both, and they both run and drive fine, with the Impala looking like new. I currently have a 2009 Toyota Rav4, 2.5l with the timing chain rattle, for a few seconds on cold starts, with 135,000 miles on it, and a 1996 Chrysler T & C minivan with 145,000 on it. The estate isn't finalized yet, so I have an opportunity to purchase/acquire either car, or neither. Not sure about any out-of-pocket cost on my end, since the estate isn't finalized with the court yet. I'm not sure what I want to do, but my wife wants something a little bigger and more comfy than the Rav4. My wife prefers the minivan ride over the Rav4 ride on long trips. I've owned the Rav4 for 5 years and the minivan for 3 years, which is driven about 2000 miles each year. I do use the minivan for small loads as I have the rear seats removed. Any ideas or recommendations are appreciated. Thank you, slayvin60
