2000 Miata belt noise in mornings

Hello, I recently bought a 2000 Mazda Miata with a manual transmission a couple months ago. It just hit 80k miles today and I noticed after I bought it my belt would make noise so I decided to replace both belts so I wouldn’t have to try and figure out which one it was. It still made noise after I changed them but since it was the first time I changed belts on a manual tension system I figured I just left them a little loose so I tightened them but they are still making noise. It only happens in the morning when I leave for work wether I leave right away or let it warm up first. They squeal like mad when I take off but will stop after a minute but will make noise as soon as I stop at a stop light or sign. They don’t make noise when I leave from work in the afternoon though, only in the mornings. I am completely stumped and honestly a little annoyed at this point. Sorry for the long question, I’m not really a forum guy so I’m not sure how to keep it short but with enough info for people to help.
