Hey Scotty, having some issues with my uncles 2000 Toyota Celica GTS. My uncle didn’t remove it, but only turned his inverter in the 12V outlet and it completely blew out all the electronics. Gauges don’t work, nothing on the dash console works, lights don’t work, power windows don’t work, etc. We’ve been trying to diagnose the problem but have gotten no where. Any ideas?
It looks like the 120A ALT Fuse is a likely suspect. You may want to check those 7.5A Panel 1 and Panel 2 fuses also.
None of that was it
are you getting power to that 120A ALT Fuse.
Here's everything between the cigarette lighter and the battery

Working back from the Lighter, the 15A Cig Fuse, then the Ignition Switch, then the 25A AM1 Fuse, then the 120A ALT Fuse, then the Fusible Link in the battery cable, then the battery cable connector on the Battery

Use a test light to work through those components on the circuit and you'll find the problem
