Yes. Is this from a private party or dealer? To be of real help to you, we need ALL the information requested in the first paragraph.
The mileage is bogus. Probably at least 174K miles.
Any 23-year-old car is going to have problems just due to age. If you won't be working on it yourself it will nickel and dime you to death having to run to a mechanic for every little thing even if engine and trans are OK.
Facetube is a rat's nest of scammers. Mileage is probably phony. Might be a flood car or rusted out underneath or even stolen. I'd stay away.
Do not believe anything that is seen on Facebook. Craigslist will find you better luck. Look at something else.

Not the car itself, but the listing. "Like new" and "only 74K miles" should give you an idea of a potential scammy seller.
I bought a 2000 Honda Civic LX 97k miles like two to three weeks ago from Craigslist. I'm only thankful that the previous owner actually took care of the car but I forgot that it sat for about a whole year or two before a few more miles were added (according to the Carfax I bought for $5 from someone). Needless to say, I'm grateful for this group for guidance and have two different mechanics who I could trust to make the car safe. No expensive repairs yet (most expensive repairs I recently made were probably replacing air cabin filter, radiator cap, wheel alignment). I'm not mechanically inclined to work on my own car, but I'm working on it. I always hated Facebook sellers; so many private dealers and losers buying auction cars and trying to score a huge profit. Only a few real people who are genuinely trying to sell their car they used for college or family vehicle and they're ready to move on.
