2001 Accord 4cyl, 115.000 miles.
I have to add about one quart of oil every 1500 miles. This makes it 2 quarts between oil changes. I never see smoke on start and there is not one single leak coming from the engine anywhere. Could it possibly need new valve guide seals? I always run the recommend 5x30 weight as well.

It’s likely that it burns oil if you don’t see it is leaking. I would live with it by adding oil and change the oil every 3k to 5k miles and since it is an old car and does not worth putting money on it.
