Greetings Scotty,
I own a 2001 Chevrolet Impala 3.4 with an automatic transmission with 145,000 miles and I live in Massachusetts. Lately, when I apply brakes anything less than very gradually, the car seems to make a repetitive, achey, hiccuping noise and sometimes once I get down around 5/10mph the engine will turn off. Always starts right up again, sometimes takes a few tries. Tested the battery and alternator, replaced the fuel filter, air filter and cleaned the mass air flow sensor which seemed to help, although still happens, especially when I have anything less than half a tank of gas. Anything below a quarter tank(which I try always to avoid), and it seems very lethargic and underpowered, have a feeling the cold weather isn’t helping. Any thoughts? Thank you!
Try my video make your car run better with a little spray.and pray it's not the transmission going out which is often is on those Impalas very weak transmissions
Pray I shall. Thank you sir
