I have a 2001 chevy Silverado with the 5.3l v8 oil comes out of the exhaust

Smoke or oil, if it's oil the motor is cooked. Converters will catch fire. It enough info. Does it run?

If oil liquid is coming out exhaust it must be past rings, it has to smoke, true? Alsoo cracked head or head gasket is shot
