I just saw your video and you said you should not change your fluid on a old automatic transmission. How about a old manual transmission on a 2001 GMC sonoma with 200k miles on it. I plan to use original ac/delco fliuid

Manual transmissions are completely different and you don't need to worry about ruining them by changing the fluid.

No problem. Unlike an automatic transmission there are no bands or internal clutches to shed friction material in a manual trans.
